**Women in Crypto Lead in Salaries**

A study by Pantera Labs reveals an intriguing fact: on average, women in the crypto industry earn higher salaries than men. From a survey of 502 professionals in the United States, women receive **$172,000** per month, while men earn **$150,000**.

This finding is quite surprising, considering global trends usually indicate the opposite. Data from the 2024 Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that women generally earn only **83 cents** for every dollar earned by men, reflecting a **17%** pay gap.

Pantera Labs highlights that many women in crypto already have more than five years of experience, placing them in strategic mid-to-senior level positions. In contrast, a large number of men are still in the early stages of their careers when entering the industry.

This phenomenon suggests that the crypto ecosystem could be one of the more promising sectors in terms of gender equality and professional opportunities.
