#CEXvsDEX101 How to Read the Exponential Moving Average (EMA)
🔴 Bullish Trend:
If the price is moving above the EMA and the EMA is sloping upwards, this indicates a strong bullish trend.
🔴 Bearish Trend:
If the price is moving below the EMA and the EMA is sloping downwards, this indicates a strong bearish trend.
🔴 Golden Cross:
When the short-term EMA (like the EMA 50) crosses above the long-term EMA (like the EMA 200), this is considered a strong bullish signal.
🔴 Death Cross:
When the short-term EMA crosses below the long-term EMA, this is considered a strong bearish signal.
🔴 Dynamic Support and Resistance:
The EMA can act as a support level in a bullish trend and resistance in a bearish trend, where the price often bounces off it.
