The original token of the Livepeer project (LPT), a decentralized protocol for video processing using artificial intelligence, sharply increased on Friday, reaching its strongest level in four months, driven by its listing on trading platforms and other stimulating factors.

The token rose by 150% in the past twenty-four hours, peaking during the session at $14.20. This increase came despite a downturn in the broader cryptocurrency market, where the price of Bitcoin dropped by 2% to below $106,000. Most tokens associated with artificial intelligence also declined by between 5% and 10%.
