Day trading is short-term transactions on the stock exchange that are concluded and closed during one trading session. They are executed during one trading day and are not carried over to the next, regardless of the outcome.
In conditions of uncertainty, medium- and long-term transactions can be unprofitable. During periods of bearish trends, a drawdown of the investment portfolio rarely occurs. Experienced traders in such situations switch to “intraday” trading, that is, in the middle of the day.
