#CEXvsDEX101 $BTC China attacks... the Czech Republic? Seriously, why?

Ah yes, the Czech Republic. That tiny beer-filled nation in the middle of Europe where the GDP is mostly pilsner, castles, and existential dread. A peaceful place where nothing ever happens—until suddenly it’s ground zero for international cyber warfare.

Turns out Chinese hackers decided to breach the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Why? Well, either:

They were trying to sneak their way into EU or NATO networks through the Czech backdoor,

Or—and this one feels more realistic—a Czech sysadmin spilled beer on the server and was like, “Uhh... must’ve been China.”

Anyway, good luck to the Czech IT guy trying to explain to the government that his lager wasn’t state-sponsored sabotage.

Stay safe, and keep your beers away from the server rack.

No one likes to be told the truth.
