#CEXvsDEX101: Centralized vs Decentralized Exchanges – My Take

When comparing Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs), both have their strengths and weaknesses. CEXs offer better liquidity, faster transactions, and user-friendly interfaces, which makes them ideal for beginners. However, they also require trust in a third party and often involve KYC processes. On the other hand, DEXs offer more privacy, control over funds, and align better with the core values of crypto – decentralization and transparency. But they can be slower, harder to use, and sometimes lack trading volume. Personally, I prefer using both depending on my needs. For quick trades, I go with a CEX, but for privacy, DEX is the way to go.#CEXvsDEX101
