Special offer for new users - Deposit and trade on the spot market on Binance for a chance to share 5,000,000 HUMA.
Eligibility:
All new verified users who joined during the offer period, provided that the product is available in the users' residence areas.
New users are those who have not joined Binance before 26-05-2025 at 13:30 (UTC).
Task progression and task verification features are currently unavailable and will not appear on the homepage. Please note that Offer A is still ongoing, and all task progress is tracked, verified, and processed offline. The reward distribution logic remains unchanged.

Deposit a total amount equivalent to at least 100 USDC of new funds* through peer-to-peer (P2P) trading, card, local currencies, or cryptocurrency deposits to receive 250 HUMA from the exclusive HUMA token coupons available to the first 10,000 users.
Trade a total amount equivalent to at least 100 USDC of HUMA on the spot trading platform during the offer period to receive HUMA as token coupon rewards, available to the first 10,000 users.
Rules of Offer A:
Transaction fees or network transfer fees will be excluded from the total deposit amount or final trading volume.
New funds* refer to funds recently introduced to Binance via P2P trading, card, or deposits in local currencies or cryptocurrencies; funds transferred from another Binance account (including sub-accounts) will not be counted.
Token coupons will be distributed to eligible users by 18-06-2025 or earlier, and will expire 21 days after distribution. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token coupons by going to the profile > Rewards section.
Offer B: Join the trading volume challenge to share rewards of up to 25,000,000 HUMA
Eligibility:
All regular or VIP verified users from tier 1 to 6, provided that the product is available in users' regions.
Liquidity providers in the liquidity provider program on the spot trading market are not eligible to join this offer.
How to participate:

Trade a total amount of at least 200 USDC of HUMA tokens on the Binance Futures platform to earn rewards during the offer period, according to the reward calculation method outlined below.
Reward Calculation Method: Final Distribution = (Your Trading Volume / Total Trading Volume of All Eligible Participants) * Prize Pool. (Capped at 35,000 HUMA per user)
Offer B:
Token coupon rewards will be distributed to eligible users by 18-06-2025 or earlier, and will expire 21 days after distribution. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token coupon rewards through the profile > Rewards section.
Trading volume for all USD-pegged stablecoins exempt from fees, in addition to any other trading pairs exempt from trading fees, will be excluded from the final trading volume calculation. The leaderboard will be updated every 24 hours.

Only verified users who complete tasks before the end of the offer period can receive coupon rewards.
Offers A and B are only available to eligible users who have activated the spot trading feature on Binance and may be subject to restrictions in certain countries or regions or for certain users, according to legal and regulatory requirements.
Reward Distribution:
All token coupons will be distributed to eligible users by 18-06-2025.
Users will be able to log in and redeem their exclusive token coupon rewards through the profile > Rewards section.
All token coupon rewards will expire 21 days after distribution. Eligible users must claim their coupons before the expiration date, and no alternative rewards will be offered. Learn how to redeem a Binance coupon.
Please note that the actual value of the rewards received by the user is subject to change due to market fluctuations.
Coupon rewards are subject to additional terms and conditions.
Rewards cannot be modified or transferred in any way.
Coupons are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis in Offer A. Once all available rewards within the prize pools have been allocated, no additional rewards will be offered, even if the eligible user completes all tasks.
The user's trading volume for this promotional offer will be calculated based on (i) the trading volume in their main account and sub-accounts, and (ii) all spot trading products, including spot trading, copy trading, and trading bots.

The Binance platform reserves the right to disqualify any participants who manipulate or interfere with the operation of the Binance script using any other software.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify and cancel rewards for participants involved in dishonest or abusive activities during the activity. This includes mass account registrations for additional rewards or any activities serving illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Binance reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior or behavior that does not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
Binance will make all calculations and decisions regarding any of the offers at its sole discretion.
The Binance platform reserves the right to set, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending these activities, eligibility criteria, selecting winners of rewards and their number, timing of any actions, and these modifications are binding on all participants.
