From May 27 to 29, 2025, the highly anticipated Bitcoin conference (Bitcoin 2025) will be grandly held at The Venetian in Las Vegas, USA, attracting over 30,000 attendees, 5,000 business representatives, and more than 400 speakers, making it one of the most politically charged and strategically significant events in Bitcoin history.

U.S. Vice President JD Vance delivered a landmark speech at the conference, emphasizing that Bitcoin is a "tool against bad policies" and calling for the crypto industry to actively engage in politics to promote favorable regulatory policies. He noted, "Digital assets are a symbol and driving force of personal freedom for Americans."
Vance also announced support for the (GENIUS Act), which aims to provide a clear regulatory framework for stablecoins and promote the compliant development of digital assets. He emphasized that stablecoins help strengthen the position of the U.S. dollar and ensure America's leadership role in the global financial system.
Donald Trump's two sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., revealed at the conference that they turned to the cryptocurrency sector after being denied service by traditional banks. They criticized the traditional financial system as unreliable, calling it a "Ponzi scheme," and expressed hope to see large banks "extinct" due to their long-standing misconduct.

The Trump family currently holds 60% of the $2.2 billion cryptocurrency company World Liberty Financial and plans to invest $2.5 billion in Bitcoin through its media company, Trump Media & Technology Group.
Despite numerous heavyweight announcements at the conference, Bitcoin's price has fallen by 2.2% in the past 24 hours to $107,800. Other major cryptocurrencies such as XRP, Solana, and Ethereum also saw declines.
Analysts point out that despite enhanced policy support, the market still requires more substantial driving factors, such as the passage of stablecoin legislation and further participation from institutional investors, to achieve sustained price increases.
In addition to the main venue in Las Vegas, the 2025 Bitcoin conference will also be held in the following cities:
Hong Kong: August 28 to 29
Abu Dhabi: December 8 to 9
These meetings will continue to explore the role of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in the global financial system, promoting industry development and cooperation.
