One Bitcoin is now worth over $105,000 making it more valuable than a kilogram of gold, currently priced around $102,500.
Two years ago, that same kilo of gold was worth roughly $63,500, while Bitcoin was trading at about $26,800.
Over that same period, the U.S. dollar has lost around 5% of its purchasing power domestically.
