JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States Donald Trump, stated that there are about 50 million American citizens who own Bitcoin now, noting that this number will reach 100 million soon.
Vance added, in his speech at the Bitcoin 2025 conference: "There is now an ally for Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in the White House," referring to President Trump, who issued an executive order to create a strategic reserve of Bitcoin.
He clarified that the U.S. administration will end all arbitrary measures against Bitcoin.
