Unveiling the Distribution of Sophon (SOPH) Tokens to HODLer Holders: Earn Rewards with BNB Simple Earn Subscriptions

Users who subscribed with their BNB tokens in Simple Earn (Flexible and/or Locked) or On-Chain Yields between May 14, 2025, 00:00 (UTC) and May 17, 2025, 23:59 (UTC) are entitled to a share of the distribution process.
Detailed information about the distribution process will be available in approximately 5 hours, and SOPH tokens will be added to user accounts at least one hour before trading begins.

BNB Holders Token Distribution Rewards: 150,000,000 SOPH (1.5% of Total Token Supply)
▪︎Eligibility: Users who subscribed to Simple Earn products (Flexible and/or Locked) or On-Chain Yields from May 14, 2025, 00:00 (UTC) to May 17, 2025, 23:59 (UTC).
▪︎Distribution: Tokens will be added to the accounts of eligible users in the spot market at least one hour before trading begins on May 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM (UTC).
■Additional Marketing Campaigns
▪︎Post-Listing Allocation: An additional 50,000,000 SOPH will be allocated for marketing campaigns (in batches) after the immediate listing. More details will be announced in a separate announcement.
