$DOGE The Dogecoin currency (Dogecoin), known by the symbol DOGE, is an open-source digital currency launched in December 2013 by engineers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer. It started as a kind of mockery of the cryptocurrency market, inspired by the famous Internet meme "Doge" which features a Shiba Inu named Kabosu.

Technical advantages

Mining algorithm: Dogecoin uses the Scrypt algorithm, making it less energy-intensive compared to Bitcoin.

Proof of Work (PoW) mechanism: relies on a proof of work system to verify transactions.

Block time: a new block is created every minute.

Mining reward: each block awards 10,000 DOGE.

Supply: there is no maximum limit on the number of coins, as 10,000 new coins are issued every minute, resulting in a continuous inflation of the supply.
