Trump Media will invest $2.5 billion in the Bitcoin treasury.
The company has made deals with about 50 institutional investors worth $2.5 billion, including $1.5 billion in equity and $1 billion in convertible bonds.
All funds will go towards establishing our own Bitcoin reserve.
The deal is set to close on May 29, 2025.
