Yesterday's market moved slowly, basically oscillating within the range. In the morning, the price fell again from the 110,000 mark to the low point of 107,400, which also touched the bottom again and formed a rebound. Ethereum followed the same trend as Bitcoin, maintaining a fluctuating rhythm after a pullback at the 2,600 mark. Neither bulls nor bears provided any significant extension space, so our bearish trend once again achieved a segment of profit. Last night, we entered a short position for Bitcoin near 109,900 and exited when it dropped to around 107,600, capturing a space of 2,300 points. This is the control over the market, the brilliance of timing, exploring future points based on the patterns emerging from smaller time frames.
From the current market perspective, after three consecutive bullish candles on the daily chart for Bitcoin, it faced resistance and the current K-line is showing a bearish trend with a long lower shadow, indicating that the support below remains a strong resistance point. Ethereum is also running horizontally on the daily chart, maintaining a sideways rhythm. Currently, as we approach the end of the month, the Bollinger Bands are showing a contraction pattern, and the larger direction will certainly be determined by the opening of the bands next month for a new trend structure. Bitcoin has shown a rise in the four-hour chart followed by a pullback. This round of pullback did not provide any significant energy accumulation space and quickly pulled the price back to operate at the middle track. After a technical correction, it is likely to move out in a fluctuating rhythm again, with the KDJ indicator forming a downward crossover. On the hourly chart, after a rebound, the momentum is slowing down, and the rhythm still fails to show a longer unilateral trend. Therefore, we can still maintain a bearish strategy for rebounds.
In the morning, Bitcoin can be shorted at 108,700-109,300, looking at around 107,000, while Ethereum can be shorted at 2,550-2,580, looking at around 2,450. #比特币 $BTC
