✍️ A necessary advice for everyone who writes, strives, and encourages people to engage in practices that may anger Allah, whether they realize it... or realize it and ignore it.

O you who master analysis and follow the markets moment by moment... O you who write in channels and confidently guide people as if you are an expert:

Have you asked yourself:

Does what I promote please Allah?

Does what I call to potentially lead someone to the path of the unlawful or the doubtful?

Am I collecting sins without realizing it, and perhaps I am gathering the sins of others while I am asleep or heedless?

◾ Many of you promote trading in futures contracts as if it is a gateway to wealth, while in reality it is a significant gateway to uncertainty and gambling.

◾ Some of you encourage people to freeze their money or reserve it for "incentives," or "Airdrop," or "Staking," without clarifying that many of these avenues are surrounded by ambiguities and are managed through usurious contracts or unlawful conditions.

◾ Others encourage engaging in Earn programs, where money is loaned or exploited in usurious ways, and profit is nothing but disguised usury.

🔹 The poet said:

"O my son, among men is a beast... in the form of a hearing, seeing man,

Perceptive of every calamity in his wealth... and if he is afflicted in his religion, he does not feel it."

Where are you from the jurisprudence of what is lawful and unlawful?

You are adept at understanding candles and technical indicators, but you overlook – or ignore – the greatest prohibition in religion: usury.

And the Prophet ﷺ said:

"A dirham of usury that a person eats while knowing it is more severe in the sight of Allah than thirty-six acts of fornication." (Narrated by Ahmad)

Indeed, Allah, the Exalted, said in His clear Book:

"If you do not do so, then announce a war from Allah and His Messenger" [Al-Baqarah: 279]

Have you thought about what it means for Allah to declare war on a servant? Is there a greater calamity than that?

🔸 O you who strive to accumulate wealth...

Do you not know that this wealth is transient? And that the records in which your numbers are written will be erased one day?

But your sins, if you do not repent from them, will remain recorded against you in a book that leaves nothing small or great unaccounted for.

Do you not fear being resurrected on the Day of Judgment having spoken about what you do not know?

Or directing people to what harms them, thus bearing their burdens without diminishing their burdens at all?

▪️ Imam Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

"If everyone who speaks about what they do not know were to be rewarded, then Iblis would be one of the greatest scholars."

🛑 Beware, O Abdullah!

Whoever calls to misguidance bears its burden and the burden of anyone who acts upon it.

And whoever leads people into doubts of usury and gambling is a partner in the crime, even if he did not intend it.

☝️ Strive... Yes, learn... Yes, develop yourself... Yes, but do not overlook the most important question:

Does what I do please my Lord?

🔸 When Allah prohibited usury, He permitted trade, and He did not prohibit anything except that He provided an alternative for it, and He did not command anything except that He aided in it; thus, we have many lawful avenues, and that is why we always advise immediate trading in currencies that have been proven to be free from legal violations.

And finally...

A little lawful profit, blessed and good,

is better than treasures of this world mixed with the unlawful or doubts.

🔹 Allah, the Exalted, said:

"And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression" [Al-Ma'idah: 2]

🔹 The Prophet ﷺ said:

"What is lawful is clear, and what is unlawful is clear, and between them are ambiguous matters, which many people do not know; whoever avoids the ambiguous has protected his religion and honor..." (Agreed upon)

⚠️ Be a caller to good, not a means to evil, and be a guide to guidance, not to desire.
