Lula signs Parental Grief Law: see what changes
President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva signed into law the National Policy for the Humanization of Maternal and Parental Grief. The new legislation ensures that families facing the loss of a child — during pregnancy, at birth, or in the first days of life — will receive psychological treatment and structured support from the Unified Health System (SUS).
