ROI — What is it?
ROI stands for Return on Investment. It is a metric that measures how much you gained (or lost) in relation to the amount you invested.
It is used to evaluate whether an investment was profitable or not, whether in bots, trades, cryptocurrencies, or any other asset.
ROI Formula:
ROI = (Net Profit ÷ Invested Amount) x 100
Practical example:
Investment: $1,000
Profit: $300
Applying the formula:
(300 ÷ 1000) x 100 = 30%
In other words, your return was 30% on the initial investment.
