How I Clicked the Wrong Video and Entered the Crypto World?
It was my final year at university and honestly nothing was going well at the time.
On what felt like the worst day of my life in 2022, a random YouTube video popped up on my feed. I tried refreshing the page but accidentally clicked on it.
The title of the video was: "What is an airdrop in cryptocurrency?" I watched it expecting anything but to my surprise, I found it interesting. I started learning more about crypto airdrops.
Then i joined some crypto airdrops on telegram and at that time, airdrops were so simple to join. just follow a project social handles and submit your wallet and thats how you joined a airdrop less than in a min.
A few days later, I joined a Binance campaign and earned $10. That was my first ever earning, not just in crypto, but in life.
Unfortunately, I sent it to the wrong wallet address because I didn’t fully understand how crypto network yet.
Thats how i earned my first $10 not in money but as a life lesson.
Sometimes I still think about it, How I never once searched for anything about crypto. Yet somehow, the universe (or maybe crypto itself) chose me.
It makes me wonder how others found their way into crypto.
Was it fate or Curiosity or a random YouTube suggestion like me?
