#XRP Dubai starts real estate tokenization using XRP Ledger

A company called Ctrl Alt has officially partnered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to start a new project. This project will turn real estate ownership documents into digital tokens using the XRP Ledger blockchain.

It’s the first government-backed project in the region where property ownership certificates are stored on a public blockchain.

The project is done in partnership with VARA, Prypco, and the Dubai Future Foundation, and it's fully connected to the official land records.
