Just "suggested" less than three days ago, Trump has expressed again: he has agreed to the EU's request to postpone negotiations until July 9, and stated that the talks were "very pleasant," but any goods manufactured in the United States would be tax-exempt.
As usual, the previous suggestion of "levying a 50% tariff on all EU goods starting June 1, 2025" was merely talk.
