The Real Pain in Trading? It’s Not the Losses… It’s the Regret.

😩📉💔

Let’s be honest — most of us are mentally ready for some losses when we enter the market. That’s part of the game. But what really drives you crazy?

It’s when your trade is in profit — you see the green, feel the win — and yet you don’t close it.

Then boom… market flips.

You not only lose the gains, you get trapped, and suddenly you're staring at a red bag of regret.

Many of us have been there — it's mental torture.

Some traders lose control, their confidence crumbles, and they quit.

True Story:

Last night, when Erbing touched above $2560, I was up over $600 profit.

I could’ve closed and walked away smiling.

But nope — greed whispered, “Wait, maybe it'll hit 2600 overnight.”

Well, guess what?

I woke up to a loss instead of profit.

That sting? It hurts deeper than a normal red trade.

Lesson learned again — Greed is the silent killer in trading.

I broke my own rule… and paid the price.

Today’s Plan?

Not the markets — I’m heading out for some comfort food.

Pig’s trotter rice — large plate this time!

I haven’t even had breakfast yet.

Sometimes you gotta step back, rest, and reset.

Maybe take a few days off to clear the mind.

Because chasing charts with a cloudy head? Not worth it.

Stay sharp. Stay disciplined. And never forget — the market doesn’t owe you anything.
