Why do you think the American company Coinbase's contracts only allow non-American customers to trade?

Why do you think the American company's Kraken token stock only allows non-American customers to trade?

Why don't American companies allow Americans to trade? They don't give the benefits to Americans themselves, but leave it for others, right? 😂😂😂
