Finally, Trump realized that Putin tricked him, and as a narcissistic figure, this angers him.

President Trump realized that Russia is not interested in negotiations, but only seeks to procrastinate, believing it can invade all of Ukraine while continuing to kill the innocent.

They will not abandon their imperial ambitions, and their propaganda and self-isolation from external information contribute to that. Their citizens are mentally indoctrinated from birth, becoming infinitely loyal to the regime, and place absolute trust in everything their leaders tell them.

Even if the rest of the world opposes it, their government's opinion is the only correct opinion for them, and they are willing to sacrifice their lives for it. Russia's allies are equally loyal - see North Korea.

Even before taking office, Donald Trump claimed he would end the war within 24 hours.

And after a quarter of a year, nothing has happened except signing a metal agreement with Ukraine, which has harmed it even more.

Ukraine and some other European countries wonder why Trump is playing openly into Putin's hands, even now backing away from threats of sanctions against Russia, trying to evade his promises, withdrawing from negotiations, and as always shifting the blame for his incompetence onto someone else.

Suddenly, he claims it's a European matter. So why does he claim he is the only one capable of stopping the fighting within 24 hours?

I don't think he deliberately betrayed Europe. I believe he didn't understand the situation with Vladimir Putin, and his influence as an American president, as Boris Pistorius stated.

Trump made his first mistake at the outset when he "essentially acknowledged the demands regarding Ukraine's NATO membership and some Russian territorial demands even before negotiations began."

To the dismay of Western countries, Trump publicly ruled out Ukraine joining NATO, stating that it is unlikely Ukraine will regain all the territory occupied by Russia. Moreover, Trump talks to Putin as a friend.

The German defense minister said: "This is not how you start negotiations, and it's a very weak position if you want to achieve peace or ceasefire negotiations." Pistorius, who led the defense ministry under Olaf Scholz's previous government and also gained the trust of the new chancellor Friedrich Merz, believes that Trump is now gradually realizing that "it's not as simple as he thought" and he will have to deal with Putin differently.

Military economist Markus Kuepp stated in April that Trump "considers himself a great negotiator, but Putin vastly outsmarts him intellectually and tactically."

So what has Trump achieved in the conflict since November?

Trump has exacerbated the situation, got a metal deal in Ukraine, and expressed hope for big trade deals with Russia - for him, it's all about money and how to extract the most benefit from the conflict, constantly humiliating others, expressing preference for the strong, and gaining recognition in America even at the cost of presenting lies and slanders.

I think he plans to replace the Statue of Liberty with his own statue...

I hope I'm wrong! 🤔
