After the price of OM coin plummeted by over 90% since April 13, on April 21, founder John Patrick Mullin announced the destruction of 150 million OM tokens allocated to his team. On April 29, he unlocked these tokens from staking and sent them to the official burn address (mantra1qqqq...cg2my8).

According to on-chain data, the 150 million team tokens have been successfully destroyed. At the same time, he is actively encouraging major ecological partners to destroy an additional 150 million OM, with a total destruction amount expected to reach 300 million tokens.

This destruction will reduce the total supply of OM from the original 1.82 billion tokens to 1.67 billion tokens, and the staked tokens will drop from 571.8 million tokens to 421.8 million tokens.

Additionally, on-chain data shows that since April 21, multiple funds have been continuously transferred to the burn address, totaling 42.52 million OM destroyed, worth approximately 19.42 million USD. The largest transaction came from address 0x0b75***668BC8, which withdrew 30 million OM from Binance two days ago (then valued at about 13.34 million USD), and has now been entirely destroyed.

Friendly reminder: This token previously plummeted over 90%, and its high volatility classifies it as a high-risk token.
