What is behind the rise of Bitcoin?
Since the beginning of the year, Bitcoin has shown positive returns, especially last month, where it achieved gains of over 27%. Alongside the long-term factors likely to enhance Bitcoin's value, buyers have the upper hand in the short term. The main reason for this is the increasing global optimism and rising appetite for risk thanks to the clear easing of the recent tariff war.
Although uncertainty remains high, it now seems that the likelihood of a sudden major conflict involving China or the European Union is less probable. Investors in stocks and cryptocurrencies are already behaving as if these risks are low.
