Chips reignite the crisis between the US and China

▪️ The US Department of Commerce clarified that the new policy aims to share artificial intelligence technology with "trusted countries" and prevent its reach to "adversaries"; however, these recommendations are not mandatory, unlike the previous restrictions proposed by the Biden administration.
