The Binance wallet launches the Merlin trading competition on Binance Alpha! During the event, trade Merlin (MERL) in your Binance wallet (without private keys) or through Binance Alpha to share exclusive token rewards.
Event Duration: From May 20, 2025, 17:00 to June 3, 2025, 17:00 (UTC+8)
General Rules:
Ranking will be based on the total purchase volume of MERL tokens accumulated during the event. During the event, the top 10,000 users will share 9,840,000 MERL tokens (each user will receive 984 MERL).
Please note:
Only transactions made through the Binance wallet (without private keys) or Binance Alpha are eligible for this event. Transactions via third-party dApps are not included.
Only cumulative purchases during the event will count; sales will not be included.
No trading volume limit: There is no trading volume limit for each participant in this event.
Transactions related to cross-chain bridging will not count towards the trading volume for this event.
How to Participate:
Update your Binance App to the latest version, ensure you have created a Binance wallet (without private keys) and backed it up.
During the event, trade MERL tokens in the Binance wallet (without private keys) or on Binance Alpha.
After the event ends, the rankings will be calculated automatically. Rewards for eligible winners will be distributed to their Binance Alpha accounts.
Terms and Conditions:
Participation in the event (the "Event") means that you agree to be bound by these terms (the "Event Terms"). By participating in this event, you agree to the Event Terms and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Prize Event Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy. The above additional terms are incorporated into these terms;
In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the Event Terms and any other merged terms, the Event Terms shall prevail, followed by the following order of priority: (a) Binance Prize Event Terms; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy;
Only users from eligible regions who have completed identity verification (KYC) and hold a valid Binance wallet are eligible to participate;
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with any restrictions and/or requirements imposed by their country/region regarding access to and use of Binance services. Users who delete or deactivate their Binance wallets will not be able to receive tokens;
Reward Distribution:
All rewards will be distributed in the form of MERL tokens according to the above reward distribution;
Token rewards will be distributed to eligible users before June 18, 2025, 00:00:00 (UTC+8);
Eligible winners can view their token rewards directly from their Binance Alpha account or Binance wallet (without private keys).
If an account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegal bulk account registration/login, self-trading, or market manipulation), Binance reserves the right to disqualify the user from rewards. For participants who tamper with Binance program code or use other software to interfere with the operation of Binance program code, Binance reserves the right to disqualify their participation;
Binance reserves the right to determine the denomination of tokens to be paid at its discretion;
Binance reserves the right to decide and/or modify or change the event or event rules at any time without further notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this event, eligibility terms and standards, selection and number of winners, and timing of any actions, all participants shall be bound by these revised terms;
