The Two Paths of a Day Trader
If we consider learning to trade as a game, then on the long road to becoming a professional trader, we will inevitably face two main task lines:
The first task line is called "Sharpening the Mind". This is the process of learning market theory, enhancing market awareness, continuously building and backtesting strategies to soon find the most suitable methods and the highest win rates for oneself.
In parallel is the second task line called "Sharpening the Spirit". It is the process of gradually gaining control over one's emotions, becoming indifferent to profit/loss figures and gradually becoming "numb" to money.
These two tasks are like the wings of a bird, and without either side, we cannot soar to the heights we desire 💸
