#Blum co-founder Vladimir Smerkis arrested in Moscow

Moscow’s Zamoskvoretsky Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Smerkis, the former head of Binance EXCHANGE and Blum co-founder in the CIS, on charges of high-level fraud.
