The prizes included some cheemms tokens, worth about dozens of USDT, and some contract experience vouchers and spot trading experience cards.
After the event ended, I waited 30 days and asked customer service. They said they had a lot to handle and told me to wait a bit longer. I thought, it's only a little over 100 USDT, such a big platform shouldn't be like this, right?
When I inquired again, they told me to wait.
Later, when I asked again, they directly said that I didn't meet the requirements and that my account was abnormal. They couldn't deliver the prizes to me.
Angry, I directly withdrew my tens of thousands of USDT. I'd rather keep it in a small business than leave it in a shady exchange.
