#EthereumSecurityInitiative On May 14, 2025, the Ethereum Foundation launched the “Trillion Dollar Security Initiative,” a strategy designed to strengthen the security of the Ethereum network in light of its growing value and global use. The plan consists of three phases: identifying vulnerabilities in critical areas such as user experience, wallets, smart contracts, and consensus protocols; implementing key improvements; and communicating progress transparently. The project is led by Fredrik Svantes and Josh Stark, alongside experts such as samczsun, Mehdi Zerouali, and Zach Obront. The goal is to consolidate Ethereum as a secure infrastructure capable of handling assets worth trillions of dollars.
