Nothing to be discouraged of.
#pi Many people, especially#Pioneers , feeling disappointed due to the recent 14th may announcement from #PiCoreTeam not being on par with their expectations. But as a pioneer myself, i would like to tell those people not be discouraged and request them to give it more thoughts.
We all have high hopes with Pi and yes some things didn't happen as we wanted and were not delivered as promised. But when you think about it well, what plan even goes well? Plans are not something that get executed perfectly. Plans get changed on the way and it reveals weaknesses and mistakes. I think The recent announcement of Launching Pi Network Ventures is one of the corrective measures that the core team is deploying. Yes it was not the much anticipated Binance Listing announcement or some major partnership announcement but It is of great value in itself. Overtime it will create real life use of pi. And making pi part of main stream commerce and part of daily life is the ultimate goal of pi, a goal which of achieved will realise Pi's true potential. So be happy. Small step or not it's a positive step. It will make Pi's foundation solid. Not to mention that it is inevitable that pi will be listed on binance sooner or later.
Also think about other leading cryptos Today like $BTC $ETH $SOL etc. Did they become what they are today in a matter of weeks or months?
It took them years of development to build real world utility, intrest, demand and continuous flow. Crypto is mostly for people with patience. Yes you will find stories of over night millionaires but not everyone can do that, most people don't even want it. They want a steady growth. Cus one day's Glory often leads to next day's sorrow. So be patient, help the community to grow however you can, spread the word, keep mining, keep using and above all look for real world use of pi. Pi is not just for trading in exchanges you know. Pi is just a kid now, it will grow into an adult but it will take baby steps 1st and before you know it, it will run like Flash. So keep calm and mine on.
Many who read will think this is just hopium. May be, but this is my honest thoughts on PI. And argue as you might, you can't deny the fact that, this is just the start and only time will tell whether you were right or I was.
But think about it, it won't hurt to be wrong with some pi in your wallet but it will hurt quite a lot to be wrong without any pi in wallet.
