Trillion Dollar Security Initiative (1TS) is a long-term program announced by the Ethereum Foundation on May 14, 2025. The goal of this initiative is to enhance the security standards of the Ethereum network, preparing it to become a reliable global financial infrastructure capable of protecting assets worth trillions of dollars.

🎯 Main Goals of 1TS

Individuals: Ensure that billions of users feel safe storing at least $1,000 on the Ethereum chain.

Organizations: Enable large organizations to confidently store up to $1 trillion in a single smart contract or decentralized application (dApp).

🛡️ Three Implementation Phases

Security Risk Assessment: Comprehensive analysis of vulnerabilities in the Ethereum ecosystem, including wallet user interfaces, smart contract development tools, consensus protocols, and network infrastructure.

Targeted Remediation: Prioritize and implement patches and improvements to enhance the safety of the network.

Communication and Education: Share knowledge and best practices with the community, developers, businesses, and regulators to raise awareness and responsiveness to security threats.
