Today’s decision does not change Ripple’s victories (i.e. XRP is not a security, etc.). It addresses procedural issues related to the dismissal of Ripple’s cross-appeal. Ripple and the SEC fully agree to resolve this case and will jointly re-examine this issue with the Court.
