PnL is calculated as follows:
Realized PnL:
This is the actual profit or loss you obtain when closing a position, calculated by the difference between the closing price and the entry price.
Unrealized PnL:
This is the potential profit or loss you could have if you sold your positions at the current market price, without having closed them.
How to view your PnL on Binance:
You can access your PnL through different sections of the platform, depending on your type of investment:
Spot Wallet:
In the Binance user interface, hover over the wallet icon and select [Spot].
Click the arrow next to [Today's PnL] to see the PnL analysis of your assets over different time periods.
Margin:
On the Binance website, go to [Wallet] - [Margin].
Select [Cross] or [Isolated] and choose a period to view your PnL.
Click [>] for a more detailed breakdown.
If you are using the Binance app, go to [Wallets] - [Margin] and choose [Cross] or [Isolated].
Futures:
In the USDⓈ-M or COIN-M Futures trading interface, select [Futures PnL Analysis] in the bottom right corner.
You can see the PnL data of your Futures wallet, as well as the absolute amount and percentage over different time frames.
Trading Bots:
Go to [Assets] - [Trading Bots].
Click the arrow next to [Today's PnL] to see the PnL analysis of your bot account.
Important considerations:
PnL is calculated based on the assets listed on Binance: The system does not consider the actual cost of the token if it was not purchased on the platform.
PnL does not include unrealized gains/losses until the position is closed.
