Is there still a future for long-term holders of Ethereum?
Without further ado, let's get to the conclusion. In 2021, Bitcoin was only $60,000, and Ethereum could reach $4,800 at that time. Now, Bitcoin is over $100,000, while Ethereum is only $2,600. If Ethereum doesn't rebound to $4,000 or even break $4,800 this time, I would say it has already died, and there is no need for long-term holding, because it has already gone through a bull-bear cycle.
I am a long-term holder and accumulator of Bitcoin and Ethereum. I have held Bitcoin for seven years and Ethereum for four years. I am certain that Bitcoin has a future because its recent low of $74,000 is still higher than the previous peak of $60,000. I bought Bitcoin in 2019 at $7,000, and it has risen 15 times. But what about Ethereum? In 2021, I accumulated two Ethereum when I bought them at $3,300 each, totaling $6,600. As a result, by 2025, Ethereum is only at $2,600. Later, I saw it couldn't rise, and I lost money trading contracts on exchanges, although I continued to accumulate coins afterward. I just want to say that if it doesn't rise this time, there is no need for long-term holding of Ethereum.
