In January this year, completed Round A with 180 million USD (i.e., the listing round financing)

Expected to have raised 5% of the tokens and financed 9 million USD, enough to cover potential hidden costs of listing.

I believe the Round A deal is acquiring tokens at 80% of the value (not insider information, personal speculation) and after listing, raising to 2-4 times to liquidate and complete the Round A financing return.

Round A investors are GSR and Amber, both of which are relatively compliant market makers. Personally, I judge that the opening trend will not be too bad; public sentiment is more important for GSR and Amber.

FDV opening target is 360 million USD - 720 million USD; if the opening is below 200 million USD, it will be a good entry position.

If it reaches above 600 million USD, I believe institutions will lock in profits through hedging, and retail investors can choose to short (this is a high-risk operation, extra attention is needed for one's risk management capacity).

Total token amount: 1 billion pieces

Therefore, the opening price is the target price of 0.36-0.72; below 0.2 is a good entry position, above 0.6 is a shorting opportunity.

If I were an institution, I believe that the products delivered by Privasea currently do not have strong sustainability. Without new products delivered, I would not hold this project continuously from a long-term perspective.

However, it is still necessary to pay attention to the marketing level of Privasea after its launch, potential public relations capabilities, and the market makers' performance on the K-line.
