In 2021, during the altcoin frenzy, I dove into research and YouTube introduced me to SHIB. I saw it rise, rise... and just before the all-time high, greed took over. I thought it would rise even MORE. Result? I didn't sell and missed the chance for a profit that would have changed the game. I was "married" to the asset, waiting for a new high that didn’t come as I imagined.

What would I do differently? The lesson was clear and painful: I would realize the profit without hesitation! Today, I understand that the euphoria of the moment can blind us. The discipline to take partial or total profits is crucial. For the long term, my philosophy has changed: primary focus on #BTC, the sovereign king. Altcoins can offer incredible opportunities but require even sharper risk management and an exit strategy. Not falling in love with the project to the point of ignoring market signals is vital.
