Li Shengting: Ethereum Midday Market Analysis and Trading Ideas on May 13
Ethereum's early morning closing price today faced pressure and fell back from around the high of 2500. From the daily technical indicators, the KDJ and MACD indicators are slowly reducing in bullish volume, while the BOLL indicator is operating in the middle track area but has not linked with bearish volume. The sentiment from the recent drop early this morning is not particularly strong. Additionally, it was mentioned in yesterday's analysis that Ethereum has been unable to stabilize above the resistance level of 2620-2710 for a long time, which means the price will definitely continue to head south. Therefore, our thoughts remain unchanged today; we still expect a volatile decline.
From the 4-hour technical indicators, the KDJ and MACD indicators are crossing downward, and the ultra-short-term BOLL indicator is operating near the lower track area. Currently, the technical gap generated by Ethereum in the short term has not been filled, and the short-term MA10 and MA30 moving averages are still maintaining a downward posture. Thus, our thoughts today still lean towards a volatile decline.
Ethereum: Short sell near 2450-2480 Stop Loss: 2539 Target: 2400-2360
