In a surprising move, the United States and China announced a temporary agreement to ease trade tensions between them, following intense negotiations that lasted two days in Geneva.
Agreement Details:
Reduction of Tariffs: The United States agreed to reduce tariffs on Chinese goods from 145% to 30%, while China lowered its tariffs on American imports from 125% to 10%.
