$BTC Bitcoin is now deflationary due to BTC purchases by Strategy, according to an analyst.

Institutional purchases are changing the dynamics of the Bitcoin market as large organized entities absorb the newly mined Bitcoin supply.

Strategy, a Bitcoin treasury company, is accumulating Bitcoin at a faster rate than the total production of miners, giving the limited supply asset an annual deflation rate of -2.33%, according to CryptoQuant CEO and market analyst Ki Young Ju.
