Binance Announces Launchpool for IO (io.net), a Decentralized AI Compute Network

Binance has announced the 53rd project on its Launchpool: IO (io.net), a decentralized AI compute and cloud platform. Users will be able to stake their BNB and FDUSD into separate pools to farm IO tokens over a four-day period, starting on June 7, 2024, at 00:00 UTC.

io.net aims to build the world’s largest decentralized GPU compute network, allowing machine learning engineers to access distributed clusters of GPUs at a significantly lower cost compared to traditional centralized services. This initiative democratizes access to the computational power required for AI development.

Following the Launchpool period, Binance will list the IO token on June 11, 2024, at 08:00 UTC, with several trading pairs, including IO/BTC, IO/USDT, IO/BNB, IO/FDUSD, and IO/TRY.
