This floor is a scam, everyone stay away okay

I got to know someone online who introduced me to trading USDT on this exchange, but the system locked me out because I received a gift promotion that prevents buying and selling. I have to complete it before they unlock trading for me. I suspect I have been scammed; is there any way to report this? Please give me your opinion and guidance.
