Since Trump's Tariff Announcement, 72% of US Citizens Prefer Bitcoin Over Gold
The NFTevening survey noted that 71.6% of the population in the United States (US) preferred to buy Bitcoin (BTC) over gold. This occurred during the tariff announcement by US President Donald Trump.
They have believed that Bitcoin can serve as a hedge asset, compared to traditional assets like gold.
It is known that this event is assessed as a significant shift in trust towards digital assets. Historically, the majority of investors preferred gold as a hedge.
In fact, when Trump's tariff announcement was made, the price of gold against the US dollar simultaneously increased, reaching its highest record of US$3,500.
