"Mastering your emotions is more profitable than any indicator"
Text:
Today I reflected on a great truth that many of us ignore when we start: the biggest enemy of the trader is not the market, it is their own mind.
I have had days when I made impulsive decisions, just because I saw a giant green candle or read a positive comment. I let myself be carried away by emotion, by the famous FOMO, and ended up losing.
I also experienced the opposite: I saw a drop, panicked, and sold at the worst moment. Then the price went up, and I was left with frustration.
That's why now I train my mind more than my indicators. I remind myself: “if there is no analysis, there is no entry.” I take breaks, review my plan, and respect my rules.
Being disciplined is not easy, but it brings peace. Trading psychology is not a luxury; it is a necessity if we want to survive and grow in this world.
Today I didn't make much, but I gained control. And that is a victory.
