A New Bitcoin Investment Company Launched by Trump's Advisor with a Huge Value

The CEO of "BTC Inc" media group and the chief advisor to President Donald Trump in the field of cryptocurrencies, David Bailey, has raised $300 million to launch a publicly traded Bitcoin investment company.

The deal, which has been in the works since January, consists of $200 million in equity financing and $100 million in convertible debt, according to reports.

Bailey's company "Nakamoto," named in honor of Bitcoin's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, will focus on acquiring Bitcoin and holding it. The company is expected to merge with a Nasdaq-listed company in a deal that is anticipated to be announced early next week, according to sources. The company is expected to go public this summer.
