Ban on trading Futures using $USDC , $USDT and all stablecoins from May 16, 2025 in Poland. The EU does not relent and enforces further restrictions on cryptocurrency exchanges, including Binance.

Important information for users from Poland who have their positions on Futures (This update applies only to users who are residents of Poland):

"Dear Binance User,

We recently informed you that as part of our ongoing adjustment to local regulatory requirements, we are making changes to the availability of certain products in Poland.

We are already focusing on restoring these products to Poland within the next few months.

In the meantime, to show our gratitude for your support, we will launch dedicated offers for users from Poland.

Below is a detailed summary of product availability: From May 16, 2025:

1. Perpetual Futures and Delivery Futures (Binance Futures credit trading mode): You will not be able to open new positions on USDⓈ-Margined Futures or increase existing positions. All open futures orders will be canceled to prevent them from matching new positions. You will still be able to deposit collateral to avoid margin calls and liquidation, and this will not affect your existing positions.

2. Dual Investments - New subscriptions for Dual Investments will no longer be available. All currently active subscriptions will remain unchanged.

3. Loans in Stablecoins - It will not be possible to open new VIP Loan or Binance Loans Flexible Rate orders using stablecoins as borrowed assets or collateral assets. All outstanding loan positions will remain unchanged. Non-stablecoin loan orders will be available as usual.

4. Margin - You will no longer be able to use margin loans secured by stablecoins, including increasing existing loans or taking out new ones. Loans secured by non-stablecoins will continue without interruption. This will not affect existing loans based on stablecoins and positions, and you will still be able to transfer and/or use regulated stablecoins as collateral in your margin wallets.

Binance will not forcibly close positions or orders on open loans. If you have additional questions and require information, please contact the Binance Customer Support team.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause, and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

The Binance Team"

What do you think about the new regulations? Do you feel the grace of love and safety flowing towards you straight from the EU parliament? 🙄🤔😤?
