A new scam is spreading on Binance P2P – stay vigilant!
How it works:
🛒 The scammer places a buy order and sends a fake payment.
💸 You receive an SMS or email – it looks legitimate.
🔄 After you release the cryptocurrency, the scammer cancels the bank payment.
❌ Result: You lose both money and cryptocurrency.
Fake trading profiles ⚠️🎭
👤 They create fake accounts with false reviews to gain your trust.
💬 Persuasive conversations, quick deals, polite tone – all of this is a trap.
🕳️ As soon as you transfer the money, it disappears without sending the cryptocurrency.
Protect yourself 🔐:
1. 💬 Do not communicate outside of Binance P2P – scammers avoid Binance monitoring.
2. ✔️ Trade only with verified users – look for the blue checkmark.
3. 🏦 Check the payment only in your banking app – ignore SMS or email notifications.
