Space and Time (SxT) Labs, a blockchain and AI infrastructure startup, secured $20 million in Series A funding in August 2024, bringing its total funding to $50 million. The round was led by Framework Ventures, with participation from Lightspeed Faction, Arrington Capital, Hivemind Capital, Microsoft's M12 Ventures, DCG, F-Prime Capital, OKX Ventures, Circle Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and Cypher Capital .

SxT Labs is developing a verifiable compute layer that integrates AI and blockchain technologies. Their platform combines blockchain indexing, a data warehouse, and a zero-knowledge (ZK) coprocessor called "Proof of SQL," enabling developers to connect analytics directly to smart contracts . This technology has processed over 5.3 billion database requests and generated more than $4.5 million in annual recurring revenue .

The new funding will accelerate SxT's engineering and product development, and enhance ecosystem and community growth . The company aims to empower developers in financial services, gaming, DeFi, and other sectors requiring verifiable data across enterprise, blockchain, and AI .

In collaboration with Microsoft's AI Co-Innovation Lab, SxT is also exploring applications of its technology in generative AI solutions .
