🚀 Good news! At the Lisbon conference, the JAM implementation team (JAM DUNA) also released their work goals for Q2 2025!
A few key developments worth noting:
🔹 Released JAM DUNA v0.7, supporting multi-client tiny testnet, marking the official entry of the testnet into the "multi-client parallel validation" era.
🔹 Drafted M1/M2 milestone documentation.
🔹 Advanced M3: Linear Recompilation.
🔹 Joint testing of JAM + Grandpa + warp sync.
🔹 The challenge checklist also includes key tasks such as CorePlay PoC, Grandpa+Auditing parallel execution, etc.
More importantly, as a member of the JAM Implementers DAO, JAM DUNA stated that their DAO architecture has gradually taken shape and is conducting collaborative governance through GitHub + Discord!
In addition, another goal for Q2 is for multiple implementation teams to release client binaries and join the network while improving docs.jamcha.in, aiming for the development experience to match zkVM documentation (like Succinct).
Overall, this conference marks an important milestone for JAM as it transitions from "laboratory R&D" to "system collaboration." With the multi-client network, recompilation engine, and Toaster ready, the JAM mainnet is not far off!
